Primary application of the foil "ТМG": production of gland seals for pipeline fittings, centrifugal pumps, gaskets for flange connections: - Production of the flexible tape for sealing of the friction units and static joints;
- Production of the spiral-wound gaskets;
- Pressing of sealing rings for friction units of the pipeline units and rollers of the centrifugal pumps;
- Production of yarns reinforced by glass and cotton fiber or SS wire for the consiquent manufacturing of the graphite braided packing;
Heat resistance: in the open air - 450°С, at the squeezing in moulds - 600°С, in water steam conditions - 560°С, in inert atmosphere - 3000°С. Foil “ТМG” is chemically and biologically inert (is used at рН = 0-14), radiationally resisting, nontoxic, does not sustain combustion, flame- and explosion-proof, does not deteriorate, has antifriction properties, does not wear out rollers and rods. |
